Typically, our homes are custom drawn so whether you build a smaller home or a larger home, it is a custom home all the way.
Capstone Homes are highly energy efficient, with foam completely through the house and through the garage. Our high efficiency AC/Heat Pumps have a 10 year parts and labor warranty. All slabs are engineered and come with a 10 year structural warranty.
